The STRATEGY component validates that the Executives are aligned with the strategic intent and then focuses on developing an actionable initiative roadmap to achieve those strategic objectives.
Business Strategy Validation: 70% of strategies fail due to poor execution. There are four stages in our Strategy Validation Offering that make your strategies actionable.
      1. Vision Definition: Provide a clear, easily understood image of the future that energizes stakeholders around what sets the organization apart from others.
      2. Strategy Validation: Ensure that the organization vision is fully aligned with its goals, strategies and objectives, and build consensus and commitment to action within the Leadership Team.
      3. Strategic Action Planning: Define the specific actions that will be undertaken to achieve organization goals and implement its key strategies.
      4. Performance Planning and Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the organization in achieving its goals and objectives, revise action strategy in response to environmental changes, and learn from implementation experience.

Enterprise Transformation Management: Many enterprise projects overlap or are not deployed consistently. Our approach is to develop a permanent structure which provides ongoing operational governance and standards for project management, funding, process design, communications and deployment for an enterprise wide multi-project environment.

Balanced Scorecard: Performance and operational measures are important to sustain change. The business operations must be aligned with the business strategy. It is important to align the performance measurements from enterprise goals to individual performance measures.
