- The PROCESS component analyzes business issues,
inefficiencies and opportunities, and builds a future state
business process design through our role-based process mapping
workshops. It includes implementation planning to achieve
the desired state and continuous improvement offerings that
focus on sustaining value over time. The various phases
are adjusted to the client business need. Continuous Improvement
is core to our sustainable value and is delivered through
our continuous improvement or lessons learned workshops.
The key phases:
- Baseline (AS IS): The purpose of the Baseline
phase is to define and document the current state, how
work is actually done, not how it is perceived or documented.
Value statements and business issues are noted.
- Analysis / Transition Requirements: The purpose
of the Analysis phase is to resolve the business issues,
identify needed changes and develop the characteristics
of the To Be state.
- Detail (TO BE) Design: The purpose of the Detail
Design phase is to define the detailed process / activities,
system requirements and job role requirements for the
To Be design.
- Deployment: During the Deployment phase, the
pilot and / or first wave is implemented. BLCN provides
a support role.
- Continuous Improvement: The objective of the
Continuous Improvement phase is to sustain and grow
the value received from the initial deployment. This
is performed 6 months after deployment.
